First of all, let me say THANK YOU to those of you who actually are reading this page. You are the ones who will probably be selected to appear on my blog. I used to get a little bent out of shape with other blogs that seemed snotty about following their guidelines. But, through experience, I understand why they are so direct and concise. It's a time saver above all else - my time. About a year ago I took on more responsibility in my life and I have a lot less time to go through my email searching for submissions and a lot less time to spend making a blog post.

Secondly, I do not accept book review requests.  You can read more about reviews under the Reviews section.

My main goal with this blog has always been to help fellow authors get the word out about their work and help myself get the word out about my own work.

Send all submissions to and type BLOG SUBMISSION in the subject line, so I am able to find your submission among all the other email I receive. I try to email back as soon as I have the post scheduled. If you don't hear back from me it's not because I'm trying to be rude but because I might not have the time to put your book up or send you a return email to explain. Believe me, I know how frustrating it can be to wait for a listing to show up. I once waited a full year AFTER receiving an email telling me my book would be reviewed on a particular site. If you don't hear back from me with a scheduled date it means you are more than likely not scheduled to appear for various reasons. Feel free to double check the guidelines and resubmit if you don't hear back from me within 30 days of your first submission. If your submission is time sensitive (sale or promotion) feel free to add time sensitive to the subject line of your email.

Update:  As of April 1st, 2017 I am reopening my blog to outside authors for listings. Follow the extremely simple guidelines as follows.

I reserve the right not to list any submission that comes my way for any reason.  I do not list erotic titles.

To get listed on my blog is very simple. Follow the guidelines and your chances are better. The following point is the most important if you want me to find your email.
#1  Type BLOG SUBMISSION in the subject line of your email - This is very important because I get several hundred emails a day. If the subject line does not read Blog Submission I will probably not read it the day it is received and it could easily get pushed down the list.

Book Listings
This is my most frequently requested service.

Send me an email with the following information.

  • Buy links from retailers or author website - REQUIRED

I list all formats - eBook, Hardcover, Paperback, Audio Book from all retailers, e.g. Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Smashwords, Createspace, Lulu, Audible

*I have an Amazon associates account and include a tag to all Amazon listings
If including only a link to a personal website I require the description be in the body of the email and a cover picture attached to the email

  • Author bio
  • Author picture
  • Review
  • Links to where your readers can find you and connect with you (Amazon author page; your blog/website, Facebook, Google+, Twitter)
  • Promotions, if you are running any (Giveaways and contests)
  • Any relevant news (Book signings, etc.)
I mainly copy and paste the body of your email onto my blog.  Don't worry about any particular order but do worry about your spelling and grammar.  I may or may not catch mistakes. Every once in a while I reword things, but not often.

If the cover art is available on Amazon, I usually pull from there and make it a clickable link that takes the reader directly to your Amazon description page where they can buy the book.

*I have an Amazon Associates account and I use it on my blog.  If anyone clicks from my blog and buys your book, I will make an advertising fee via Amazon.

I've received several review requests recently and I thought it would be best to let everyone know - I do post reviews to my site from time to time but, I do not accept book review requests.  I may post about a book I've read, but I read what I want when I want.  Most reviews that appear on my blog are submitted by other readers who want to help promote a fellow author.

If you want to submit a review of a book you've read you can send your submission to with BLOG SUBMISSION in the subject line. I do not accept reviews from the author of the book being listed and I only accept favorable reviews.  I know some people might think it horrible that I won't post unfavorable reviews but I want people to come to my site to find books to read not to find books to avoid.  If it wasn't enjoyable, why put it up for people to find?  See Guest Posts below for more information.

Guest Posts
I am open to many different types of guest posts, but the most frequently posted are your reviews of a book you enjoyed.

I call these posts Recently Read and only accept favorable reviews.  These are more like recommendations rather than straight reviews.  To submit for my Recently Read post all I need is a buy link to the book you are reviewing and a short blurb about what you enjoyed about the book.  If you are an author you can include buying links to your own books and I will put them at the end of the post.

If you have anything else you've written and would like me to feature it on my blog as a guest post, please email me your submission.  Chances are, I'll accept it and post it at the soonest available date.

I've even had an author post pictures he'd recently taken as an aside to writing/reading material.  Like I said, I'm open to almost anything.

This includes free books, contests and discounted books.
My blog is connected to and they pick up on the word Giveaways in my post title, re-post it to their site and then re-direct people back to mine.  I know... it's a bit of a circle, but I'm pretty sure they have a bigger following than my blog so that works out great for us.  I only post "Giveaways" for free books or contests, not discounted books.

Email me the details of your promotion with BLOG SUBMISSION in the subject line.
  • Link to where the reader needs to go to enter
  • Date that the promotion ends

New Releases
I love new releases!  I normally post books in the order I receive the email requests, but in the case of new releases I may bump your book up the email list.  However, I can not change dates for posts that are already scheduled.

The submission process for New Releases is the same as a book listing.  However, to be sure I read your email immediately you can email with BLOG SUBMISSION/NEW RELEASE in the subject line.

Other Submissions
If you have anything else you'd like to submit for consideration, send me an email.

What I Won't List
I don't accept Erotica.
I also reserve the right to pick and choose among submissions.  I sometimes have numerous time sensitive submissions and I can't fit them all in.  Also, some books presented to me simply aren't a good fit to my blog.
