Once again, it has been a while since I posted here. I had great intentions to fill all of January and I did fairly well. Then I let my blog slide again. I think I need to maybe put in a post every few days instead of trying for every day.
Since I last posted a few things have happened. I have two book signings scheduled - one for February 11th and one for March 10th.
The February signing is at The Daily Grind in Rapid City from 12 PM till 4 PM. The authors will be me, VR Janis and Jorie Jertson. If you need information on how to find The Daily Grind you can find that here: http://www.facebook.com/events/227141254039622/
The March 10th signing is at Dunn Bros. in Rapid City from 1 PM till 3 PM. The authors who will be available for this signing are the same as the signing in February except we are adding Patricia Griffin to the list. I will create a Facebook event for this one when the date comes closer.
The book signings are great and a lot of fun, but my other news is even more fun for me.
I was asked to join FlixyMom.com as a family movie reviewer. The blog is run by a wonderful author, Karen Cantwell, and I just love her writing. When she asked me to join up I couldn't resist.
So far, I've written two reviews for the blog. The first one was a review for War Horse and you can read it by clicking HERE. And the second one, for The Chipmunks: Chipwrecked, should post in the next day or so.
Being a part of Flixy Mom has been a lot of fun and I hope I can keep up with it. It gives me an excuse to take the girls to a movie and gets me out of the house, if even for only a couple of hours.
